This incident resulted in the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people have been arrested related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals sustained injuries by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests come after a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for treatment and were later released.

Officers detained a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people injured by an irritating chemical thought to be pepper spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
